PURPOSE

This organization formed by the Most Excellent Grand Chapters composing it, does not attempt to regulate or interfere with the policies of the individual Most Excellent Grand Chapters.

Its function is to maintain and perserve the ancient traditions, customs and usage's of Royal Arch Masonry; to perpetuate its principles; to assist the Most Excellent Grand Chapters in solving the intricate problems that may confront them in discussion and suggestions for the regulation and betterment of Royal Arch Masonry and to secure uniformity and unanimity of action through conferences of the Most Excellent Grand Chapters.
